1. Definitions

"We", "us" and "our" refer to Nordic Relocators. "You" and "Client" refer to any individual or company using our website, portal or services. "Portal" refers to the Nordic Relocators digital workspace operated on the Relofy Tech AB platform.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, registering for the portal or engaging us for services, you accept these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

3. Scope of Services

We provide professional consulting and administrative support for immigration, relocation, housing, mobility and visa services in Norway and selected international destinations. We are not a public authority and do not guarantee any specific outcome from authorities such as UDI (Utlendingsdirektoratet) or any embassy.

4. Engagement & Quotes

Service engagements are formalised through a written agreement and a quote covering scope, fees and timelines. Government, embassy and third-party fees are billed separately and in addition to our service fees.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information and documents
• Respond to requests in a timely manner
• Comply with applicable laws and authority requirements
• Use the portal only for lawful purposes

6. Fees & Payment

Fees are payable in NOK or EUR per the engagement. Invoices are due within the period stated. Late payments may incur interest in accordance with Norwegian law.

7. Refunds & Cancellation

Where work has already been performed, refunds are made only for the unperformed portion of the engagement. Government fees and authority charges are non-refundable once paid to the relevant authority.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website and the portal, including text, graphics, software and design, is the property of Nordic Relocators, Sweden Relocators AB or Relofy Tech AB, and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without prior written consent.

9. Confidentiality

We treat all client information confidentially and disclose it only as necessary to deliver services or comply with legal obligations.

10. Liability

We exercise reasonable professional care in providing our services. We are not liable for delays or refusals attributable to authorities, third parties or factors outside our control. Liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question, except where prohibited by Norwegian law.

11. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control (force majeure).

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or portal constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Norwegian law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Norwegian courts.
