The Fast Track hiring path
Once an employer is certified, each new hire follows the same accelerated route through UDI.
1. Offer and contract
The certified employer extends a qualifying offer with a clear job description and salary at the regulated level.
2. Candidate documents
The worker prepares passport, qualifications and supporting evidence in the portal.
3. Fast Track filing
The case is submitted to UDI through the Fast Track channel, and the worker can usually start.
4. Biometrics
The worker gives fingerprints and a photo at an embassy, VFS centre or the police.
5. Decision and permit
UDI issues an expedited decision and the residence and work permit card follows.
